We're excited to introduce our powerful two-way sync with Intercom:

  • Get Churn Scores Based on Intercom Interactions: Are your users having positive interactions with your Support team? Does escalation sometimes lead to a higher churn rate?
  • Automated Engagement: Trigger personalized Intercom campaigns based on Upollo's predictive analytics, without any manual intervention.

  • Segment Source Improvement: Now natively supporting more apps like Loops and Intercom for seamless data sync. Use Upollo Churn Scores and insights in your email marketing campaigns.
  • Updated Intercom Destination in Segment: Easily sync Upollo predictions to your Intercom account for targeted customer engagement. Have an account that’s high risk of churn? Automatically flag someone or send a custom greeting if they open a support ticket.
