Having accurate and actionable insights are core to what we do. While we use lots of evaluations to ensure our information is trustworthy, there is nothing better than seeing results in the real world.

Last week in a customer demo we had a customer see in real time a prediction come true, when they saw an email from a customer, whom we had on screen as an example of a 99% likelihood to churn, asking to cancel their subscription. Seeing customers churn is never a good thing, but it is nice to see that validating of our predictions and the value of acting on them before it is too late.
