January 2024 Updates

Happy New Year Everyone,

We hope your new year was as relaxing as it was exciting. We’re looking forward to this year and we have heaps of improvements that we’re really excited about some, of which we are rolling out already – here’s the first set of updates for the year:

Integrations in Open Beta: Salesforce, Intercom & Hubspot

Integrations with Salesforce, Intercom, and Hubspot are now in open beta, giving you a more cohesive view of your customer interactions. Get started by connecting your Salesforce, Hubspot or Intercom accounts to Upollo, and we’ll reach out to you from there.

New: Company-Level Conversion Scores

We've added a new feature that lets you see Conversion scores at the Company level, giving you a clearer picture of which companies are most or least likely to convert. Conversion scores are available now in a sortable column when viewing Companies, and also in Filters. Want to know the reasons why a company is likely/unlikely to convert or churn? We’ll be launching these in the next few days, so stay tuned!

Flagging Multiple Free Trials

Users signing up for multiple trials is a huge revenue opportunity, one in which we have seen customers add millions in ARR from converting. We know it is important to be able to differentiate between people doing multiple trials and users who signed in with the wrong account by accident or had a work and personal account on a free tier. This is why we have added the trialed under a different account flag in addition to our multiple accounts flag which you can now see in our dashboard and via our APIs and webhooks.

We’re now SOC 2 Type 2 Certified

We’re pleased to announce that we are now SOC 2 Type 2 certified, with no exceptions noted. Type 2 certifications mean auditors ensure you are actually doing the things you claim from the security and encryption of data to access controls through to background checks on new hires. We see this as validation of the work we have been doing from day one to keep our customers' data secure.

10 Second Teleportation

Our recent blog post "10 Second Teleportation" – which gives a behind the scenes look at some of the interesting things we face on a daily basis – made the front page on HackerNews last week. If you haven't checked it out yet, give it a read or see what the HN community is saying.
