New Filters and Details for Teams and Companies
We've added new filters to help you focus your efforts where they'll have the biggest impact - whether that's expanding existing accounts, upselling to enterprise, or preventing churn.
- Paying Users Filter: Quickly find companies with multiple free users but only a few paying ones. Perfect for identifying consolidation opportunities and potential enterprise deals.
- Churn Score Filter: Easily spot at-risk accounts so you can take action before it's too late.
Enhanced User Timeline
You asked, we delivered! We've expanded our User Timelines to give you the context you've been looking for. Now you can:
- See what sales promised during the last call
- Track recent support issues and their resolutions
- Review notes from the latest customer meetings
New Integrations to Supercharge Your Workflow
