Another month, another breakthrough in churn prediction! We've been busy digging through the data, and it turns out your customers' payment methods might be telling you more than you think (more on that below).

Plus, we've got some pretty exciting new integrations and features coming down the pipeline.

Coming Soon: Know Exactly Why Users Stay or Leave 

We're putting the finishing touches on something big: a new feature that shows you the most common reasons behind user churn, pulled directly from your user interactions. You'll be able to:

  • See top reasons mentioned by churned users (like bugs, pricing, or competitor moves)
  • Compare these against feedback from your entire user base
  • Spot patterns early and take action before they become trends
  • Use real user feedback to drive your retention strategy

Two New Integrations: Snowflake & Maxio

Our integration family just got bigger! You can now connect:

  • Snowflake: Bring all your data warehouse insights into Upollo for richer predictions. Track product usage, billing history, and customer interactions in one place - all without needing to sync data through another system first.

Fresh on the Blog: Revolut Customers are Temporary

After analyzing data from over 55 million users across B2B and B2C companies, we discovered something fascinating: the bank that issued your customer's card can actually predict their likelihood to convert and stick around. For instance, Revolut users are only about half as likely to convert from trial to paid compared to traditional bank users, and 11% more likely to churn afterward. We dive into the data behind this and what it means for SaaS companies.
