We're rolling out Magic Summaries – your new superpower for understanding user behavior. Get clear, concise explanations about why users might churn, convert, or expand, all backed by our predictive analytics. Magic Summaries analyze all of your meeting notes, emails, call logs, support tickets and more, no matter what language or format they are in. No more guesswork – just straightforward insights that help you take action. Available only for paid plans.

Check out some real-world examples of Magic Summaries:

  • “This customer is extremely likely to churn; their recent email raised issues with key features, and they've shown minimal recent product usage since.”
