Our churn prediction model just got smarter. We now analyze renewal conversations (via Hubspot, Intercom, Zendesk, and more) to better understand the signals that indicate when a customer might stay - or churn.
We track objections, changes to contract length, and conversation sentiment to estimate how likely each account is to renew.
