Renewal Conversations Analyzed in Churn Scoring

Our churn prediction model just got smarter. We now analyze renewal conversations (via Hubspot, Intercom, Zendesk, and more) to better understand the signals that indicate when a customer might stay - or churn.

We track objections, changes to contract length, and conversation sentiment to estimate how likely each account is to renew.

New Integration: Brevo

We've added support for Brevo, expanding our integration ecosystem to help you connect even more of your marketing and customer communication data. Use Upollo's predictive analytics with your Brevo campaigns to target the right customers at the right time.
