The Upollo team are starting a new adventure

Today, we have some important news to share about Upollo.

The Upollo team will be moving on to a new adventure outside of Upollo to help grow some of the world's leading subscription products. While bittersweet, this is an incredible opportunity for us to apply our mission of growing subscription businesses on a global scale.

As our team begins this new chapter, this means we will be winding down the Upollo platform. We apologize for the disruption this will cause for the businesses who rely on our product.

What This Means for You: Key Dates & Transition
To ensure a clear transition, here is what to expect:

  • The Upollo platform will be shut down on September 17th, 2025 at 10:00 AM AEST. You will have full access to your account and data until that date. We recommend you export any data you need before this date.
  • All customer data will be permanently deleted on September 19th, 2025. All backups will be deleted within 90 days.
  • No Upollo customer data will be transferred to any third party. Your privacy and data security remain our top priority.

This journey would not have been possible without you. Together, we analyzed over $1B in revenue across 65 million users, helping our customers achieve up to 60% re-engagement rates, 46% reduction in churn and millions added in revenue. We are immensely proud of the results we achieved together and deeply grateful for the trust you placed in us.
